Philippe served as CEO of Lapithus in (2013- 2014), Co-CEO of Goldman Sachs Realty Asia (2006-2012), CFO and COO of Archon Group Europe between 1996 and 2005. Philippe developed Archon presence in France, Italy and Germany to create the leading distressed loans and real estate asset management company in Europe. Prior to joining Archon Group, He was a Senior Manager at Coopers and Lybrand Corporate Finance in the Paris office (1987-1993) and the New-York office (1994 & 1995).

Guillaume has accumulated 15+ years experience in the Real Estate and Loan Asset Management business, front to back, all across Europe. Guillaume built the Real Estate and Loan platforms of Goldman Sachs (€15bn) , Lehman Brothers (€6bn) and AEW (€18bn) in Europe. He underwrote European non performing secured and unsecured loan books and European real estate portfolio. He became fund manager of a € 500 million pan European debt fund participating in the structuring, fund raising and underwriting of deals.

Jean-Marc has accumulated 30 years experience in Real Estate, Advisory and Asset management of which 23 years in Italy. He started in 1990 as a real estate developer for residential and office in France. He moved to Italy with Credit Lyonnais to look after €100 million of Real Estate Italian portfolio. He became head of Advisory and Agency at Alban Cooper in Milan headquarter. In 2004 he was appointed CEO of Icade Italy, managing for major institutional clients as Carlyle, Cordea Savills, Deutsche Bank, Natixis, Goldman Sachs or Risanamento, €3.3 billion of Real Estate assets.

Yan was the General Manager, during 4 years, of the 5* GRAND HOTEL de BORDEAUX. He had previously acted in numerous transactions, of which the lead of a friendly €1.5bn take-over targeting the first player in the french casinos industry, the Partouche Group, or the acquisition of a large area of land in Montenegro due to give birth to a new city-resort by the shores of the Adriatic sea. Yan started his career in the bank industry, at UIC-SOFAL which became Archon Group France in the hand of Goldman Sachs. He was involved in major structured financings and proprietary investments in the european real estate industry, as well as commercial mortgage-backed securitized programs. Yan is an alumni of the PARIS-DAUPHINE University.
